Timely and accurate reporting are key to maintaining and tracking your Life Settlement portfolio. NorthEast Escrow Services has experience providing detailed reports tailored to specification, to each of our clients. NorthEast Escrow Services is responsible for millions of dollars held on behalf of federal court receiverships. Our accounting records are submitted regularly to various receiverships, and subsequently used for reporting requirements to the federal court. The following is a sampling of the types of accounting and reporting services we offer:

*We are the Gate Keeper of depositing and disbursing of funds.

*All financial transactions have dual signatures required by NES before funds can be transferred via wire, check or online internal transfer through the bank.

*We process all financial transactions, both domestic and international, while monitoring from start to finish to assure all steps of the closing are accurate and swift.

*Reconciliation of accounts: Online banking is used by NES to assist with daily monitoring of your accounts. Any time you need a current balance or any form of financial information, it is just a touch away. Monthly financial reports are tailored for each client and are provided on the first of every month.

*Northeast Escrow Services will also generate monthly Profit and Loss and Income statements.

*Preference reports are provided monthly, per the request of the client.

*Bill paying: process monthly bills and provide reports, as requested.
